These are for a swap I’m doing with my friends mum.

Not really the sort of images I would pick to work with these days but I honestly had fun making these and was pleased with the result. Think there’s a lesson to be learnt there somewhere.

Anyway here they are, hope she likes them.

St Nicholas

Well as it’s December 6th and therefore St Nicholas Day what else could we choose as a theme for Sunday Postcard Art this week but old St Nick himself.

Here are a couple of offerings from me first one was done with bits of backing paper and paint for the background and a main image from Digital Collage Sheets…

Second one is a zetti santa, not sure any kids would fancy sitting on his knee! All images are from my new Christmas sheets at Collage Anonymous……

Let it Snow!

Well it might not be snowing here but it’s flippin’ cold! As winter is on us and its only about 4 weeks to christmas our theme this week on Sunday Postcard Art is ‘Let it Snow’.

Now my last couple of postcards for SPA have been down the zetti route so time for a total change……pretty, pink and vintage!

Background is sponged on acrylics with some pencil shading, image from my Christmas Kids sheet.

Couple of new collage sheets….

….I’ve been working on some collage sheets that would be perfect to use in art journals, here are the first two. One features lots of individual scrap letters and the other a sheet of legs….perfect for making up your own figures. Both are available at my etsy shop … Collage Anonymous.

I’m working on some others along the same lines….arms, borders etc so will post those as soon as they are finished.

Crackle

Is our theme this week on Sunday Postcard Art chosen for us by Hermine. Now I was thinking……crackle, fire, fireworks………BUT ……..then I took the easy route and just used a crackle stamp on the background and picked out an image I liked! Dreadful eh! Anyway here’s my simple offering for this week……
