Three arches …….
……… for a Zetti Arch swap run by Mandy on Mail Art World.
I much prefer the second two to the first I must admit.

……is the theme chosen by Fatma for our challenge this week on Sunday Postcard Art.
I’ve given Mona a bit of a zetti make over for mine! Background was hand doodled and then inked over with adirondak dye based inks, then various things collaged on top.

…….made a new blog to put my handdrawn and painted stuff on. Thought it seemed out of place next to the collage and mixed media pieces etc.
Not much there at the moment but it’ll grow!!

When I was little I used to do loads of drawing and painting but as I’ve got older I’ve neglected it somewhat. So have decided that it’s high time the drawing pencils etc got dusted off and forced into work again!
These are a couple of atc’s I did yesterday using coloured pencils and a black pen only…..not a bit of collage or a stamp insight! LOL!

Our theme today and for this week on Sunday Postcard Art is showgirls. I visited the Moulin Rouge with my postcard……..lots of bright acrylics sponged onto the background, then added a couple of vintage images of a moulin rouge dancer and an old poster, some white gel pen and then a little lettering to finish.

….is this weeks theme at Wednesday Stamper.
I’ve made twinchies with an inchie attached, the backgroubd of the twinchie is painted, inked and stamped and then spritzed with some perfect pearls dissolved in water. The inchie has a painted and inked background with a collaged image. Then I tied a scrap of fabric cut into a thin strip around the twinchie to finish it off.
Never made twinchies before it was surprising just how much space there was to work on! LOL!
(if you click on the picture you can see them bigger)

….is the challenge over on Mixed Media Mondays. Well I’ve certainly never altered spoons before!
I’ve signed up for a swap on Mail Art World for altered spoons (based on an idea seen in Cloth, Paper, Scissors) so thought I’d have a practice! These are only teaspoons, for the swap I’ll use a larger spoon.
Firstly they were inked with alcohol inks, then pictures and words stuck on and then finished off by binding the handle and adding some beads to finish off.
